In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Mercedes-Benz unveils a final, exclusive special model, the "Final Edition," capped at just 1,500 units worldwide. This marks a momentous milestone, as the G 500 first set the bar high for luxury off-roaders with its V8 engine back in 1993.
A Limited Production Swansong
Mercedes-Benz is poised to offer the "Final Edition" in three exclusive color variants, each capped at 500 units. Prospective buyers can select from metallic paint obsidian black, opalith white magno under the MANUFAKTUR paint series, and the brand new MANUFAKTUR paint olive magno. Each variant ensures the G 500 Final Edition is a standout on both city streets and rugged terrains.
Exterior Accents: Homage to a Classic
Maintaining its legendary stature, the "Final Edition" features exclusive 20-inch AMG light-alloy wheels with a 5-twin-spoke design. While the wheels harmonize with the body color for the olive magno version, they come in a bold black for the other two variants, showcasing a high-sheen finish. Mercedes-Benz has tastefully placed the "FINAL EDITION" lettering from the outer protective strip to the insert in the spare wheel cover, indicating this G 500's special status.
Adding to the vehicle's refinement, the special edition includes door handles embossed with the MANUFAKTUR logo and an external mirror logo projector that shines the "G" logo and the phrase "STRONGER THAN TIME" onto the ground when stationary. High-gloss chrome accents on the spare wheel ring and other add-on parts further enhance the vehicle's exclusivity, a testament to Mercedes-Benz's attention to detail.

This special model boasts the new MANUFAKTUR full leather package, offering an unprecedented level of luxury. Almost the entire interior, including the luggage compartment, roof lining, and seat adjustment switch panels, is lined with Nappa leather. The center section of the headliner sports the same diamond design as the seat center panel, with the color varying according to the exterior paintwork.
