JE DESIGN SEAT Leon SC FR LSD
JE DESIGN further broadens its line of styling components for the current Seat Leon 5F. The refiner from the Swabian town Leingarten has just added LSD-hinges for the sporty three-door SC to its product range. In addition, the Seat tuner for Leon models offers the timeless wheel design Tenspoke in 19 inches. The new products round off the wide range of aerodynamic components, rear mufflers, suspension solutions, light alloy wheels and performance enhancements.
Visually accentuated, sporty and classy: That's the Seat Leon SC FR (photo) by JE DESIGN. The modified doors on the driver's and passenger's side with LSD-hinges open in the fashionable Lambo-style, thus ensuring an imposing appearance. The LSD-Doors, provided with a certificate from an official testing organization, are now available for the three-door Leon for 1,499 Euro.
In addition, JE DESIGN offers an aerodynamic kit in carbon look and with the appropriate certificate for Germany and Switzerland. Advantage for the customer: all parts can be mounted on the vehicle immediately without time-consuming paintwork. The front spoiler hugs the street, side skirts calm down the air flow and pass it on to the rear skirt insert. Except for the rear skirt, all parts are also available for the five-door model as well as the ST FR. The aerodynamic kit made of ABS plastic costs 1,036 Euro.
For those who want to lend more expression to the optical lowering, JE DESIGN gives them a choice. Using the 190 Euro-spring assembly for the original absorbers, the Seat Leon can be brought up to 35 millimeters closer to the asphalt. Alternatively, a KW coilover suspension made of stainless steel (1,049 Euro) and a KW coilover suspension Variant 3 (1,749 Euro) are available.
Two stainless steel tailpipes on both sides round off the sporty appearance. The tailpipes each have a diameter of 80 millimeters. The complete stainless steel rear muffler (899 Euro) has an EC approval.
With the brand new wheels "Tenspoke", JE DESIGN introduces another individualization possibility for the Leon. The light alloy wheel in a timeless design can be ordered in the dimension 8 x 19 inches with 225/35 tires, optionally with the matt black or black glossy polished finish. Naturally, the "Tenspoke" also has a corresponding certificate. The wheel set can be mounted using the original wheel lugs and costs 1,309 Euro. Centering rings are not required.
On request, the Leingarten engineers treat the 2.0 TDI and 1.8 TSI in the Leon to more power. The power boost for diesel or gasoline engines costs 1,899 Euro and is provided with a two year warranty from the initial registration on the engine, driveline and transmission.
By means of an optimized control unit, JE DESIGN drives the 1.8 TSI from 132 kW / 180 hp up to 170 kW / 230 hp with a maximum torque of 330 Nm (series: 250 Nm). The resharpened direct injection thereby sprints from zero to 100 in 6.9 seconds (standard: 7.2 seconds). Its top speed is 231 kilometers per hour (series: 224 km/h). Thanks to an additional unit, the performance of the 2.0 TDI with 135 kW / 184 hp climbs to an incredible 162 kW / 220 hp. The diesel sparks off a maximum torque of 450 Nm (series: 380 Nm) and sprints in 7.2 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h. The maximum speed of the JE DESIGN diesel is 233 km/h (series: 228 km/h).
