2018 Mustang Convertible
Just days after revealing 6th generation Mustang facelift, today Ford pulled off the cover from the convertible version.
2018 Mustang Convertible will get all the goodies the Coupe gets when the cars go for sale in the U.S. this fall. Almost everything from interior and exterior design to technology will get a new touch. Three new color options will be added, which combined with 12 wheel options will give an even greater possibility for customization.
On the inside, 2018 Mustang will get an all-new 14-inch digital instrument cluster with can be customized by the driver. In addition to visual tech upgrades the Mustang facelift will get safety features like Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection, as well.
Both 2.3-liter EcoBoost and V8 engines get a little boost, although we don't yet know by how much. Transmission for the updated Mustang is all-new: 10-speed auto. Optional MagneRide suspension gives better handling and a control switch over exhaust sound.
