These new models mark Abarth's entry into the electric vehicle market, offering a playful, bold style and an exciting driving experience. Distinctive Design and Features
The exterior of the Abarth 500e showcases various design elements that make it stand out. Aggressive lines, 17-inch alloy wheels, and exclusive sporty accents contribute to its bold appearance. Inside, the cabin offers a sporty ambience with dark pillars, headliner, sport seats, and a black vinyl-wrapped steering wheel. Two large screens, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a 7-inch TFT cluster provide drivers with essential information and entertainment options.
For the UK market, the Abarth 500e comes standard with the Abarth Sound Generator and a JBL Premium Audio System, enhancing the overall driving experience. The Abarth 500e also generates a unique sound that reproduces a rock guitar chord inside the cabin every time the car is turned on or off.
Abarth 500e Turismo: A Higher Level of Sportiness and Style
The Turismo version offers a unique style, great performance, and the iconic Abarth sound. It features 18-inch diamond-cut Titanium Grey alloy wheels, a dark sporty interior with premium Alcantara, and sporty seats with integrated headrests. The Abarth Sound Generator comes standard, reproducing the sound of an Abarth petrol engine, providing an emotional driving experience for enthusiasts.
Electric Performance and Range
Thanks to its electric architecture, the Abarth 500e provides a more exciting driving experience than its petrol counterpart. In urban environments, it's one second faster, with 50% faster acceleration from 12-25mph. The 500e also boasts better cornering and exit speeds, making it more Abarth than ever before. With a 42-kWh battery, the 500e offers a range of up to 164 miles (WLTP) and supports fast charging of up to 85kW in direct current (DC).
Driving Modes and Connectivity
Both the Abarth 500e and 500e Turismo offer three exclusive driving modes: Turismo, Scorpion Street, and Scorpion Track, providing drivers with a customizable driving experience. The Abarth 500e is also the first vehicle in the lineup to offer a fully connected experience through Uconnect Services, providing real-time information and onboard security.
Pricing and Availability
The Abarth 500e starts at £34,195 ($45,750) OTR, while the Abarth 500e Turismo is priced from £38,195 ($51,050) OTR. Orders are now open, with UK customer deliveries set to commence in the summer.
