Instead, Ferrari will auction it in New York City at the forthcoming Ferrari Gala, with the proceeds benefiting education-centric charity projects close to the Prancing Horse's heart. The finished vehicle is an ode to the early stages of car design. The matte Giallo Tristrato bodywork is reminiscent of those iconic yellow cards where initial concepts come alive. In matte Nero DS Sketch, the vehicle's designer outlines the 812 Competizione's signature features: the carbon fibre blade on the front bonnet, side louvres echoing twelve-cylinder Ferrari tradition, and vortex generators on the rear screen, to name a few.
Rethinking the Interior
Ferrari's attention to detail continues within. There's a notable departure from the brand's usual leather motifs, with new-generation Alcantara® taking center stage, adorned with embroidered design sketches. This Alcantara®, comprising 65% recycled polyester, first appeared on the Ferrari Purosangue. The finishing touch? The black trilobal Superfabric® that adorns the carpet and rear passenger compartment wall.
