Audi released 2016 model year updates for TT coupe and roadster lines
Highlights for the '16 Model Year
- All-new for 2016, the Audi TT boasts an exciting new design, characterized by the use of innovative technologies and driver-focused orientation

- TT features a broader and flatter Singleframe grille and sharp contours across the hood where the Audi rings are now prominently positioned, centrally mounted, round exhaust tailpipes and electric rear spoiler

- The all-new and innovative virtual cockpit, an entirely digital instrument cluster, revolutionizes the way the driver interacts with the vehicle
- The virtual cockpit replaces traditional gauges and interfaces for a customizable cockpit that combines the functions of a central MMI system with a traditional instrument cluster in one unique, 12.3-inch TFT display with superb 3D graphics and brilliant clarity
- Audi connect on the TT offers the latest MIB-2 infotainment features, including 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity for passenger devices, streaming audio, social networking, external voice recognition, over-the-air map updates, and INRIX XD Traffic
- The Audi TT Coupe and Roadster features a 2.0L TFSI engine with 220 hp and 258 lb-ft of tongue for a 0-60 time of 5.3 seconds (Coupe) and 5.6 seconds (Roadster). The performance tuned Audi TTS Coupe will feature a 2.0L TFSI engine with 292 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque for a 0-60 time of 4.6 seconds
- A new quattro all-wheel-drive system varies torque delivery percentage front to rear by measuring the coefficient of traction at all four wheels via 150 readings every 10 milliseconds, and for the first time can be controlled through the Audi drive select system. When in dynamic mode, the quattro system has a rear-wheel power bias.
- Audi magnetic ride on the TTS allows drivers to choose a driving experience to suit the current conditions and their personal preference
- The available Band & Olufsen 680 watt surround sound system with 12 speakers offers almost true-to-life sound reproduction
- New digital HVAC controls eliminate the need for a conventional dash console and integrate fan speed, air vents selection and temperature directly into the center of the three central vents, and the respective heated seat controls into each side vent.
